Wines of Rome have their roots in the surrounding countryside, and in particular in the area of Castelli Romani. Historical tradition wants that peasants of the countryside, while going to the capital city, used to stop in resting places called fraschette, which take their name from the village of Frascati, where many wineries are still active. Vladimiro Restaurant has a rich cellar of wines coming not only from the neighboring areas, but also from the rest of Italy and from abroad.
